1.Agreement To Terms
By using the services provided by Apex Ops Solutions LLC ("Apex Ops," "we," "us," or "our"), including our AI receptionist and SMS messaging services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Apex Ops provides AI-powered receptionist services for auto repair shops, including:
Answering phone calls on behalf of auto repair businesses
Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling service appointments
Sending SMS appointment confirmations and reminders
Managing customer communications
SMS Terms and Conditions
Consent
By providing your phone number when booking an appointment, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from Apex Ops on behalf of the auto repair shop where you scheduled service. These messages relate solely to your appointment and are not promotional or marketing in nature.
Types of Messages
You may receive the following types of text messages:
Appointment confirmation (immediately after booking)
Appointment reminder (24 hours before scheduled service)
Rescheduling or cancellation confirmation
Responses to your inquiries
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Typically, you will receive 1-3 messages per appointment.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Apex Ops does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees according to your plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from us. Opting out of SMS does not cancel any scheduled appointments.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information (name, phone number, vehicle details)
Not use the service for any unlawful purpose
Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service
Keep scheduled appointments or cancel/reschedule in advance when possible
Appointment Policies
Appointments booked through our service are subject to the policies of the individual auto repair shop, including:
Cancellation policies
Rescheduling policies
Pricing and payment terms
Service availability
Apex Ops is not responsible for the services provided by professional services. All service-related disputes should be addressed directly with the shop.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Ops shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services
Actions or omissions of auto repair shops
SMS delivery failures due to carrier issues
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to use our services, if any.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
All SMS messages will be delivered
Appointments will be honored by auto repair shops
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Apex Ops Solutions LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://apexopserations.ai/privacy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Severability
